Dru Yoga combining classical yoga postures, pranayama (breath work), mudras (gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations and powerful, flowing, dynamic sequences.
Sound bath with restorative yoga: a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery.
Sivananda yoga: from hatha yoga this practice strongly focuses on the health and physical well being of the yogi with regular periods of relaxation.
